What is ZUMBA Fitness?
ZUMBA®️ fitness is inspired by Latin American dances such as merengue, salsa, samba, flamenco, tango, and reggaeton. It’s not just a regular dance workout—it’s a fun fusion of fitness and Latin dance moves!
No prior dance experience is needed! The steps are designed so that anyone can follow along, regardless of their skill level, without feeling self-conscious. ZUMBA®️ is a workout for both body and soul, where you burn calories effortlessly while having a great time moving to the rhythm!
what is Circl Mobility?
Circl Mobility™️ is a new training program developed by the creators of Zumba®️ and Strong Nation®️. It focuses on functional mobility and breathing exercises designed to increase flexibility, release muscle tension, and enhance recovery after workouts. This class helps improve balance, boost mental relaxation, and deepen body awareness, making it perfect for anyone looking to enhance mobility while reducing stress through deep breathing and muscle release.
As intense workouts, especially strength training, can shorten muscles, stretching exercises help restore their natural length and maintain flexibility. Circl Mobility™️ uses various stretching techniques to release muscle tension, speed up recovery, and prevent injuries, making it an ideal restorative training for both active movers and those looking to reduce muscle soreness and tension.

Raili Nummert
Raili has been dancing since her early school years, starting with folk dance and later exploring Latin dances during university. However, 12 years ago, she found her way back to dance when she joined Zumba classes with Mariann Kilg- one of the best Estonian Zumba instructor at Arctic Sport Club—and from that moment on, Zumba became and remains her absolute favourite!
As a dedicated Zumba fan, Raili has participated in numerous Zumba events and masterclasses across Estonia. Her long-time dream of obtaining an official Zumba®️ instructor license has already come true, allowing her to share her passion for dance with others! Raili loves teaching Zumba, especially when she can use different music styles mixed together and she likes that she can make her own choreographies to her favourite music- she follows the top music charts!. Every class gives a fun energy boost and feels like at a party, not a workout, and she wants to pass that positive feeling on to her students! There are no wrong dance steps in her workout, just pure joy of dancing, moving, and laughing! Her goal is to spread love for moving, dancing and having fiesta!
In addition to Zumba, she has been practicing Pilates for several years and also holds a Circl Mobility™️ instructor license.
Sign up trough our schedule at least 2 hours before the class (solo dance class packages are also valid in Zumba and Circl Mobility classes), or register via Zumba.com: Zumba with Raili. Classes require a minimum of 3 participants to take place.
