Salsa is a lively and passionate partner dance that originated from Latin America, combining Afro-Cuban rhythms with influences from jazz and other Latin styles. It’s danced to upbeat, energetic music characterized by its syncopated rhythm and joyful expression. Salsa is not just a dance — it’s a celebration of movement, music, and connection between partners.
This course introduces you to fundamental steps, rhythm, body movement, and partner connection. No previous dance experience is needed — just bring your energy and a smile! By the end of the course, you’ll be confident enough to dance socially and enjoy the vibrant world of Salsa.
