Alex is a former professional boxer and MMA fighter from Brazil, with a deep passion for movement, rhythm, and performance. He is certified by Les Mills and has been giving mini trampoline workouts internationally for more than 14 years. With years of experience in high-level sports and a diploma in mobility recovery, pilates, and performance enhancement, he has dedicated his journey to helping others achieve their best shape — physically and mentally.
