Functional training - a strong, resilient, and mobile body that functions more efficiently in everyday life and sports

Training sessions are functional, goal-oriented, and always adapted to the real abilities of the participants. There is never the same “repetitive” class — the people who come into the session, bring their own energy and rhythm to each session.

The classes include full-body training with a strong focus on the core — the foundation that supports posture, freedom of movement, and helps prevent injuries at any age. The exercises are technically simple yet functional and effective, engaging multiple muscle groups simultaneously.

Effort and joy go hand in hand. We push ourselves — but always leave feeling better than when we arrived.

Agnes Kukk

Coach since 2003. 30+ years of experience in cycling. Estonian Olympic Committee–certified cycling coach (Level 5). Education in strength and personal training, and nutrition counselling.

Agnes’ motto: One workout certainly won’t do anything bad to you, but there’s a very good chance that something good will happen.
